Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Montrose, CO is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity to be part of a trusted local plumbing company where your hard work keeps our operations running smoothly and our technicians ready to serve customers every day. This opportunity offers upward mobility into the trades or project management.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, organize, and stock incoming plumbing parts, supplies, and equipment
- Pull and prepare part orders for field technicians and service vehicles
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with regular stock audits
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating safely
- Load and unload deliveries from suppliers and vendors
- Coordinate with service and office teams to ensure timely parts availability
- Track and report low inventory levels to management
Requirements:
- Prior warehouse, inventory, or supply chain experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials (50+ lbs) regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and purchase order management
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or trades supply is a plus but not required
- Drug Free
